Nutrition on clients can expect ongoing written and phone contact, whilst training programming clients are invited to send videos of the sessions highlights, so that they can be used to keep on top of assessing movement efficiencies/inefficiencies, how things are progressing or breaking down, and advice and programme accordingly.
