I worked with Glenn for nearly three years, during which he helped me reach and attain several goals (from slimming down for my wedding through to toning and training for everyday health and well being).
As a trainer, he was motivating, challenging and professional. But, over the course of time he also became a good friend and source of inspiration.

I have learned a lot about what I can do when I want something. I’ve had the best support in my Coach -Glenn.
The nutrition, the guidance, the expert advice....it has transformed me. This whole process of preparing for the stage has been a goal that I had secretly always aspired towards.
The progress has been like I’d never imagined, and I’m feeling very proud.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and so my primary aim was to increase my bone density and strenghten my muscles to support the bones.
Over the last 4 years my training sessions with Glenn have been essential in increasing the T-score in my hips to -1.0 which means that my hips are now classified as normal.
Glenn has also been instrumental in giving me back the confidence in my body. I now feel so much stronger. He has been a conscientious and inspirational trainer and I have really enjoyed my sessions with him.
Therefore I would highly recommend him.
I've recently started training with Glenn and set him the challenge of increasing my body weight without adding any fat and increasing my body strength. All of this is crucial for rugby.
Having played for many years now I am coming into my last year of playing competitive rugby. My aim for the season is to be as good or better then I have been and go out with a bang.
So I came to Glenn for training and dietary advice. We started by training with my current plan but with a few new ideas coming from Glenn, he also introduced me to the correct way to use supplements and what to use. Immediately I saw improvements.
I quickly decided to hand my training plan over to Glenn and let him take charge.
This was a great decision, a complete change to my plan had made a massive difference.
I have added weight ( half a stone ) i'm looking leaner and I'm lifting more weight. These skills have transferred onto the rugby field. Im playing some of the best rugby of my life and have scored without doubt the best try of my career. The stability work I have done with Glenn had improved my handoff and scrummage work and the additional core strength had improved my lineout work.
This change to my training has been without doubt one of the best moves I have made. I look forward to continued improvements.
Working with Glenn made my comp prep easy. He provided me with custom diet plans each week, tailored to fit my requirements based upon my body condition and activity level. This makes dieting stress free, which is so important when preparing for a show. This also allowed me to drop 18kg and bring my best package to the stage yet, allowing me to win the NPA South East lightweights and place in the top 6 at the BNBF British finals in the Juniors.
He also bases his techniques upon science based evidence instead of popular gym myth (broscience) that is used by some gym 'gurus'. I'm very happy with the service Glenn provided, and would absolutely recommend him to others and will definitely be using his services again in my next contest prep.
As an actor, in many action roles, I understand the need to be in shape for a specific task and purpose. I have worked with Glenn to achieve quick turn arounds in my physical condition and also to achieve another of my lifelong goals of competing in Bodybuilding.
He helped to prep me for my first ever competition, with the BNBF where I presented my life's best condition. Glenn assessed my progress weekly, and even daily, and tweaked my nutrition and supplement plan as he saw necessary. He also coached me through the necessary posing requirements on a weekly basis, which allowed assessment of my condition and progress, and adjusted my presentation based on what displayed my physique best. We also worked together to form my individual routine.
If the above doesn't already display enough of Glenn's commitment to his clients and helping them achieve their goals, he even tanned me the day before the show and was present on the day of my competition to support me through the process.
Glenn is a superb trainer and coach, and his support and advice over our time working together has been fundamental in the success I've had. I can't recommend him highly enough - whatever your goals may be.
